Spiral binding is when a spiral wire is run through the pages and notebook. This can be quite secure but also annoying because the spiral can often rotate and move as the notebook is opened and closed. If you want a spiral bound notebook, we suggest a tightly wound spiral binding that is stronger and moves less.
